​⚠️ Unacceptable Stay - Severe Hygiene and Maintenance Issues ​The conditions at this hotel were severely below an acceptable standard and I strongly advise against staying here. ​🤢 Hygiene and Cleanliness (Major Concern) ​Overall Filth: The entire location was extremely dirty and unhygienic. This was the single most concerning aspect of the stay. ​Room Condition: The room was badly managed. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, and I experienced a horrible, unbearable fungal/mildew smell that permeated the room throughout the entire night. ​Health Impact: Due to the smell and unhygienic conditions, I could not sleep for even a moment and ultimately felt ill. ​🛠️ Maintenance and Amenities Issues ​Air Conditioning (AC): The AC unit was faulty. It made a lot of noise, had no functioning temperature control, and a remote was not provided. ​Service: The service provided was also extremely poor, failing to address the major issues experienced. ​📸 Misleading Advertising ​The photos used in the hotel's listings are highly misleading and not representative of the real conditions. The actual scene is drastically different from the images shown. ​In summary, the stay was an extremely horrible experience due to the severe lack of cleanliness, faulty amenities, and poor service.

Fab Hotel is good. I give rating 4. Sanjay palace mumbai. I give rating 2 very poor. before leaving the hotel 11am today (28th October) Mumbai municipality raided the hotel and closed down. Please remove it from your list. Horrible situation.

It is not so clean and basic facilities are lacking. Rooms does not have even cupboards to keep dresses

Room water was leaking on the bead uncomfortable. But staff behaviour was very nice and polite . water leakage in the wash room too

We had booked a triple bedroom, but the room was extremely small and quite dirty. The bathroom was also tiny and unclean. This place feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel

I stayed in this hotel for my visa purposes. The hotel room was ok but the cleanliness was lacking. There were cockroaches in the room.
