very bad locality and no restaurant. food had to be ordered in room. room was very congested and small. No kettle or cups for making tea/ coffee. morning complimentary breakfast was not even that great. it was a single dish. very disappointed and will never recommend.

1. Property - rooms and hotel infra are not as shown in the picture. 2. Food - They don't have their own restaurant. 3. Service - Pathetic. The room was stinking, towel, water, basic things were not available. The washroom tap was not working.

I included breakfast with my stay but they don't have any options in the menu only two thing bread omelette and chocos, I didn't expected this as usually there are more options, this needs to be considered when including breakfast. Overall I had a good experience in service and got early check-in by pay some amount and quite is okay.

Extremely Disappointed with the Hotel Experience I have no idea how this hotel has a 4+ rating on MakeMyTrip. My experience was extremely poor. The room was very small and unhygienic. I was given torn towels, and to make it worse, there were cockroaches roaming around the room. This is not what one expects after trusting the ratings on such a reputed platform. Strongly suggest a proper review and re-evaluation of this property's listing.
