Stayed at OSI Powai recently and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all essentials. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only suggestion would be to provide at least two keys to guests, as it would make things much more convenient for families or groups staying together. Overall, OSI Powai is a great choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Powai, Mumbai.

good location.. however there are very few utensils in the apartment.. if you are traveling with a lot of luggage then avoid booking and stay here, as they will not allow taxis till the gate. . I had a lot of problems with loading and unloading my luggage...

Excellent stay appartment for family

It was a pleasant stay for us. Appartment was neat and clean. Well maintained. all basic needs were available. One thing to be taken care is the society security guards who are bit rude towards appartment guest.

Worst Stay so far

The rooms and furnishings were not at all clean, had hairstrands in each room and the towels were smelling too. The living room had 2 fans out of which 1 dint work, the automatic gas stove dint work and there is no place to walk in the Master Bed, got hurt due to the corners

Poor experience , suggestions for improvement in all respects

Staff not at all welcoming, we arrived late around 11.30 pm , but no cooperation at all., The staff started calling. Before arrival several times, but as we reached closer to Mumbai they calling and said that your payment is due, had to call several times to tell that payment was done thru make my trip on 7 th August, no towels, no bucket, & mugs, bad experience , travelling from Kolhapur to Mumbai was a hectic day , in addition was your desk staff and security guards
