Hotel Golden Lake

Bed cover and blankets are very dirty and and not god condition. Room is not cleaned.

The hotel room did not have toilet paper. Onrequesting firnsame the management said they don't supply toilet paper. TV has very few channels and not clear reception and sound. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. The bath towels were of very poor quality and small. No lift to go upto the rooms but the staff were excellent and supportive. The management kept our bags for us as we were busy and had to checkout after 12 noon. Nonextra charge was applied. Room service was excellent. Window was leaking and rain water was seeping into the room. Giw ever the staff and management are extremely supportive and helpful. The above review is my honest description of the hotel so other travellers know exactly what they can expect.

This hotel not for family stay, it's only for couples who spending 1&2 hour's. No cleanliness, hygienic and in cupboard no space for luggage because they store lots of pillow cover, bedsheet and curtain.

Location was convenient for my purpose. Though the facilities were extremely basic it served my purpose. Improvement points slightly better room service and facilities like water bottle, cloth hangers, electric ke kettle, basic tv channel etc should be provided. Basic restaurant should be available. However it's value for money budget hotel which i'll rate 3 out of 5.

Room was good but hot water supply was not there, and the tap was leaking

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, primarily because of its proximity to my conference venue. While the hotel feels safe, I found it to be overpriced for the quality of the rooms. I was swayed by the reviews, but I was disappointed to discover that even water bottles came at an extra cost. The rooms are small, and the cupboard was filled with unused clothes and blankets were dirty snd stinking. Overall, I believe this hotel is not worth the money spent. I recommend thinking carefully before booking.

The manager/the person at the reception is rude. He says they don't accept any booking and he argued. Moreover, the rooms bed did not have bedsheets and were stinking. Waste of money. Didn't expect this kind of stay.

Location (for the purpose) and rooms are good. Only accommodation. Staffs were nice. Better if Hotel can make some arrangements for tea/snacks at the Hotel.

Excellent maintenance, friendly staff, good descent budget Hotel, safe for Solo travellers and comfortable for family.

Location is average. Hotel staff was fantastic and very friendly. Room service is very good. Although there is no window so there is a problem of ventilation but is manageable due to fan basic AC.

This is a very average hotel with nothing to boast about. The amount they charge you, it does not give you good value for money. But given the area, it is an affordable place to stay for students who want to visit IIT or for other similar purposes. It is not a family hotel nor a couple-friendly hotel. So if you are traveling alone and you are short on cash, this might be a decent stay.

A nice place to stay. But surroundings are but shabby. Access only by car. It's very near to residency Hotel.

There was no water to drink, many hotels provide at least one bottle of water without any charges. The room was good all over they have to ensure to change sheets if someone stays for more than a day.

This is a small Hotel and actually needed some time to myself. This Hotel is very close to renaissance Powai and it feels like away from Mumbai. While I came there for a quiet place to work, I did notice that this place has friendly staff and also is a couple friendly Hotel.
