soloWorst hotel. The cleaning staff/room boys behaves very rudely with the customers. They go on making noise along the corridors such a way that your sleep gets disturbed. They will not clean the room or change the bedsheets unless you demand for it. Very poor service to the customers. Food will be delivered after 45 minutes of ordering. I have observed that the room boys use vacant rooms for sleeping and watching tv. Overpriced hotel. Management has to control the cleaning staff/room boys.

Reception manager has no control on them 4. Food not so tasty 4. They do not change the bedsheets or clean the room on daily basis. They do only when you ask them.
