We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway without leaving the city. From the moment we checked in, the warmth of the staff and the seamless hospitality set the tone for a relaxing experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. The setting was serene, with crystal-clear water and comfortable lounge chairs that invited us to unwind for hours. Whether it was a refreshing morning swim or simply soaking in the calm surroundings with a book, the pool made us feel like we were on a true holiday. It was well-maintained, spacious, and never felt crowded—just the right environment to recharge. The food experience was equally delightful. Every meal we had was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From the lavish breakfast spread to the perfectly curated dinners, each bite was a reminder of the chef’s attention to detail. We especially appreciated the balance of local specialties and international cuisine, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, this staycation exceeded our expectations. The combination of a relaxing poolside retreat and exceptional food made it truly memorable. We look forward to returning soon and reliving this experience.

The location is truly serene, offering beautiful views that made our family getaway all the more special. The hospitality throughout our stay was remarkable—every staff member we interacted with was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the in-room dining experience was just as enjoyable—especially the pizza, which was a clear family favorite! Overall, this was a fantastic stay for us as a family. The combination of great service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a peaceful setting made it truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments and look forward to visiting again.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. We enjoyed playing tennis and using the gym, which was well maintained. The Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments rooms were clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly—they even helped me pick up my order with great politeness. However, I was disappointed by the scale and quality of the activities offered. Pottery and canvas painting felt more like demonstrations than actual participation. It would have been far more engaging to have our own setup and learn pottery hands-on, rather than watching someone else shape the clay. On the positive side, the high tea and breakfast were delightful. Unfortunately, the activities were an utter disappointment. One area that needs attention is the air conditioning units. The dust inside triggered my allergies, which made the stay less comfortable.

Location was very good, food was very good. Amenities were excellent and services were good except for the reception desk call, where nobody was picking up the phone when called from the room. I had to try a lot of times before someone picked up the phone. That needs to be improved a lot.
