Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments

Had an amazing stay at the Lakeside Marriott Chalet, Powai, the property is stunning with serene lake views and a perfect blend of luxury and calm. The rooms are elegant and beautifully maintained. The food was top-notch across all outlets. Special mention to the staff: warm, courteous, and always going the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Had a really pleasant stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Staff was polite and helpful, and the food options were quite good too. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

The service was excellent however I think the property can do a better job in terms of maintenance and cleaning

The room was spacious and breakfast spread was nice. in-room dining was below average. the mattress was not at all comfortable and the couch in living room had its cushions worn-out. The room had mosquitoes and had to ask staff to provide repellent wondering why that was not kept earlier considering the property was near a lake

Horrible food, Especially the Lamb kheema which had a very weird foul smell as if it was stale of a different meat was used, definitely not lamb. We could have easily reported to the authorities but didn't bother much as it was just a night's stay, we will never come back or recommend this property. Paneer Masala again less than average, local restaurants make better, American Breakfast again very poor also the booking experience was misleading on MMT as I added 3 adults and a pet however when reached at the property they charged almost extra for the 3rd guest and the pet. Make My Trip needs to provide clarity about the tarrif as in how much the total cost will be after adding 3rd guest and a dog. Horrible experience. I never use Make My Trip again also never visit this Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments. HORRIBLE

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway without leaving the city. From the moment we checked in, the warmth of the staff and the seamless hospitality set the tone for a relaxing experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. The setting was serene, with crystal-clear water and comfortable lounge chairs that invited us to unwind for hours. Whether it was a refreshing morning swim or simply soaking in the calm surroundings with a book, the pool made us feel like we were on a true holiday. It was well-maintained, spacious, and never felt crowded—just the right environment to recharge. The food experience was equally delightful. Every meal we had was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From the lavish breakfast spread to the perfectly curated dinners, each bite was a reminder of the chef’s attention to detail. We especially appreciated the balance of local specialties and international cuisine, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, this staycation exceeded our expectations. The combination of a relaxing poolside retreat and exceptional food made it truly memorable. We look forward to returning soon and reliving this experience.

The hospitality throughout our stay was remarkable—every staff member we interacted with was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the in-room dining experience was just as enjoyable—especially the pizza, which was a clear family favorite! Overall, this was a fantastic stay for us as a family. The combination of great service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a peaceful setting made it truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Stayed from 15th–17th for our anniversary, but the experience was very disappointing. Property is shared by Marriott & Westin, yet management and coordination were very poor. Room service was extremely slow – had to call multiple times for basic requests. Spa booking was mishandled – unprofessional and inflexible staff. Buffet food quality was below average – chicken and fish smelled, waffles tasted raw, and counters were closed abruptly at 11. Staff behavior was rude at several points, including restaurant and management. Common area washrooms were unhygienic and unattended. In-room facilities outdated – no smart TV, only unsubscribed Tata Sky channels. Shockingly, found a spider inside the wardrobe. Overall: Not at all worth the price, very poor hospitality standards.

Food Good Location Good Facilities good Location connectivity is very poor. Food can be improved In the past this property had , good facility of draft beer option. Presently it is not promoted.Also it has been made prohibitively costly. Dinning area ( outdoor) needs net barrier for protection from birds. ( Fear of bird born allergic illnesses)

Polite staff, great service and kid friendly

We had never done a staycation at a serviced apartment property before. So, we decided to take a chance on Lakeside Chalet Marriot Executive Apartments, Powai for my husband's birthday and we loved it. We chose the lake view option and it had a beautiful view of Powai lake. With a living room, a microwave, dishwasher, a cooking space, essential cutlery, a spacious bedroom, it felt like home away from home. The room service was prompt and good, housekeeping too was surprisingly fast. We used to go to Westin, which is on the same property for breakfast. Special thanks to Dipti from the front office who made us feel very welcome, gracefully allowed us to invite family over for dinner and organised a lovely cake for my husband for his birthday. After a long time (and we travel a lot), we were impressed by a front office staff member. We will definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others,

The stay was amazing . Beautiful apartments. Maintenance is really good. Courteous staff. Kids friendly . Liked having access transport to Westin opposite it with using of facilities like swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Just the pool needs to be maintained in the apartments section..the towels and area needs to be cleaned, especially where one sits. Rest the view from our apartment and stay was really good.

Good location, pet friendly with good pet food, good and clean rooms. Must stay if you’re in mumbai.

Food is Very Bad. House keeping staff know nothing and untrained. I had ordered for starters before the dinner, when I said it has a bad after taste , I got a a call from the chef and he is fighting with us. We had to tell him that we are not saying don't charge, so overall food is bad. Front desk was polite , but one very astonishing thing, when we went to the front desk for booking, he outright refused that there are no rooms. I said on MMT it is showing he said ok book from there . so thanks to MMT . OVERALL Hotel Food is bad if taking room service. House Keeping not trained and very rude.

Great place to stay near Powai. Hassle free check-in and the front desk staff are very polite. The 1Bedroom apartment is much bigger and offers great storage and amenities. The view from the rooms is great as well. The have a nice restaurant right outside the loft area and the food exceeded our expectations. You are also allowed to order from Swiggy/Zomato while you stay here and you have lots of options to choose from. Another Big plus is all amenities at the WestIn hotel are free to use! The Pool is open till 11pm. Overall a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling or planning a staycation in Mumbai. Only suggestion to the Staff would be to add a Smart TV in the room as access to English channels is very limited
