Mosquitos and cockroaches inside the room. Breakfast is not buffet. They are bringing from some other restaurant. Taste and quality is not up to the mark. One time they didn't serve breakfast on time.

Everything was well done and the rooms were prepared so I didn't have to call anyone for anything. It's really good for long business trips since it's a 1 BHK apartment with all imaginable amenities. One thing I'd request is more flexibility in allowing guests as sometimes, colleagues might need to meet for a short duration. Flexibility around refunds and cancellation would be nice as well.

Amazing service apartment with a feel of 4 star hotel experience, except for the breakfast. Hot breakfast is packed in plastic containers and served, which is a big negative. Apart from breakfast which I did not enjoy, stay has been great and would recommend this place for solo / family trips.

It was a good stay. I was satisfied with the level of hygiene and cleanliness maintained as it was my top priority.

They didn’t allow entry even after reaching late, breakfast was delayed for more than an hour

Location is first class. Room is well equipped with appliances & fixtures. Breakfast can be ordered from a set of options.

The amenities was good, clean apartment. Hospitality is good. Only thing they can do is keep a water bottle instead of water vending machine. The rest is all good.

It was a pleasant and soothing stay away from hustle and bustle of Powai. The property was very clean and well maintained. There were a wide variety of options for breakfast and the meals themselves were very fresh and tasty to the mouth. Highly suggest this property for a stay in Mumbai.

Good and comfortable property for business travel. Powai being a convenient location for travelling to all major corporate hubs in Mumbai. The locality is another advantage of this property- green belt, good crowd, nearby market place. The appartment is well maintained and easy access. Relohomes has an office also in the same building. One will have to collect keys from there. The food services are also available, but with limited breakfast options, that too is not served hot. I would prefer Swiggy. In fact this is the only problem I could find in my stay. Swiggy is much convenient with 10-15 min delivery.

found exactly as in pics . Very neat , nice positive ambience . Door mat needs replacement as its way to slippery on the floor, can cause serious injury - Safety hazard

I stayed in a 1BHK serviced apartment. The owner and staff were extremely helpful from the start. Housekeeping was available and very responsible. The location adds to the charm and room is kept with good quality furniture from Ikea. All electronics like washing machine, oven were top class. The room was above and beyond my expectations. A 100% recommend!

The location and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We had a great stay at the place, the room was clean and organized well.

Planning to share the with Government authority as well along with the same proof. Based on what they charge Vs what they provide is higly unacceptable
