Stayed in Room 918. Had kept a packet for my Guest to pick up at the reception & had informed it Jyoti at reception on my way out over phone. To my surprise it was never given to my Guest when he went to pick it up. In fact many excuses were given. Never called me also to confirm.

Visited Hyderabad for leisure and opted to stay at Le Meridian. It was a pleasant stay with neat rooms and courteous staff. Their airport transfer service is something we availed and it was very professional. Not to forget some amazing breakfast options!
