Staff is not caring and also the rooms are not clean weird kind of smell in the room

The rooms were clean, all the basic stuff were already in the room, courteous staff and overall value for money

There are cockroaches in the room, they dont even have a iron box. only good thing is the property is located very close to US embassy.

Food was definitely very good. However, the room was not clean, especially the bedsheet and quilt. Also, the bathroom was stinking and dirty. Shower was not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Pleasant, everything was smooth and fine, friendly staff, rooms was very clean and basic amenities were there, clean bedrolls, overall much satisfied

Very very good behavior at reception by the madam . I checked out at 7:30 am keeping my luggage at the reception but my work was over at 9:20 am. So I requested at the reception if I could go to my room (fully aware this is something which is not my right). To my surprise the madam at the reception arranged another room for me and I stayed there till 11 am. Room and bathroom are clean. TV with movies and shows loaded. Ac, wifi works perfect. Just few suggestions my room did not have any doormat and tissue. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Specially those going for visa work.

Service is not available no service staff is there to serve fishy smell in rooms and bathroom. Bedsheets are not cleaned

Maintenance is a issue. Bathroom was stinking. AC was leaking in one of the 2 rooms, no Maintenance person available on Sunday.One room was not cleaned on checking.Basic standard room .

Literally this premises is preset-ed as great place to live, there's no proper entrance. In picture its shown so big. But literally disappointed.

In my opinion, the room size isn’t as they mention it sq ft wise, no network to be able to make/recieve calls all in all ok experience if you’re going to just sleep and spend as less time as possible.

A good hotel experience combines exceptional service, comfort, and value, creating a pleasant and memorable stay.

This hotel doesn't provide for families ( 2+2) but mm t allowed the booking for 4 of my family. When i reached there late evening, the staff went above and beyond to get me an additional bed as i was traveling with 2 kids. Excellent service with strong customer empathy. Five stars
