No professional behaviour from the receptionist, she is quite arrogant. Not listening what we are saying and can only speak Hindi

They said rooms are full. so, We didn't check in. worst experience. I never suggest this to anyone going forward.

initially they denied breakfast though it was added in the package while booking. The worst kind of hotel staff ever faced. it was a prepaid booking. I would suggest never booking this hotel to anyone. I booked it for my mother and sister and suffered.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I must say the hospitality has been truly exceptional. The cleanliness, Wi-Fi, TV, and all other amenities were perfect. Additionally, I would like to highlight the helpfulness of the staff—on the day of checkout, I was delayed by two hours, but the receptionists, Ishwar and Subham, kindly allowed me extra time to pack my luggage without any hassle. Overall, my experience was excellent, and this hotel is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Rooms are maintained with clean and hygiene and found good service, but provided only one towel for 2 adults. Checked in at 8 pm and asked us to check out at 12 noon next day, which cannot be 24 hours check out.

Very clean and spacious room the toilet was small but very neat and clean the staff were very helpful linen and toiletries average the location of this place is prime, less than 50 metres to the gachibowli main road with plenty of eating places and shops, mall, medical shop just a few mins walk it's in. A small side riad so parking space is limited but we got place to comfortably park our car decent simple veg breakfast was served in the room both days. Only negative point: tea coffee or breakfast is not available before 8:30 am very good value for money.

Last time i went, on 26/12/2024 room was nice in 4th floor, but this time room was not so good in 1st floor 103, bathroom lock was not there, bedsheets were not so clean and room too
