I booked on Make My Trip app . I chose AC room but the owner and staff asked for extra payment of Rs.120 to provide AC . Rooms were not like shown in pictures

Bathroom is not good and and clean. Water supply is not coming in morning. Drinking water arrengement is not good. Booking confirmation voucher. This is very bad hotel. Very bad service. I need full refund for that. Nothing is there. I called customer care she(hema) takes 25 minutes and do nothing. Only put me on hold. This is your helping criteria.

Almost a standard hotel and value for money. I have arrived at hotel very early morning and got very nice welcome by the staff. Located at a nice place and easily accessible. Service of the hotel is very nice. As a official short stay I enjoyed my hotel stay.

They demand more money and they refuse to give room. Whole staff member have drunk at night. This is not a hotel, it is a modified house. Cheap and class hotel. You never order anything from it's kitchen. Very worst service.
