Overall a good experience, they provide breakfast also and room condition was also good. Hotel staff behaviour was good as they spoke politely

The rooms were quite as compared to what pictures were there. There were cockroaches near bed. Bathroom were too small. But good thing was receptionist was good. There was no restrictions on number of people.looking at the aesthetics..not worth the money

Upon entering the room, i immediately noticed several issues that were far below acceptable standards: 1. The room and washroom were both dirty, with visible dirt and grime. 2. The bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and appeared unwashed. 3. There was a significant water problem in the toilet, which caused further inconvenience. These issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable and did not align with the expectations set by the booking. I chose your hotel based on positive reviews and the standards outlined on makemytrip, but my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that future guests do not face similar problems. Additionally, i would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Extremely rude staff. No toiletries in the toilet. Very dirty. Extra money is demanded at reception on top of mmt booking amount before checking in. No space to suit while checking in. Multiple locations tagged in google maps. There's nothing good in this hotel. Most terrible exper i ever had.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
