Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I had booked this accommodation for one of our valued clients, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The property was maintained at a very local standard, and the food quality was far below expectations. This not only left us unhappy but also caused embarrassment in front of our client. Due to these circumstances, we had no choice but to arrange an alternative accommodation at the last moment. Such an experience has negatively impacted our trust in the property listed on your platform. We request you to kindly look into this matter

No cooling from ac and full of cockroaches and room was not clean. Very bad experience . And curtains are not there in the window . A bad smell was coming and full of mosquitos.

I my alloted Rooms , Wify problrm is there so room wad shifted to another rooms, No Soap, No Towel, no tooth paste are in wash room. Not plastic sheet partation in washing and toilet are area. North food is not available in breakfast

Overall, it was a nice and good experience. There was a slight issue with the AC, and during the night it got really hot, especially since it was an old building. But they responded quickly to our situation and provided us with a new room. Their customer support was very good and helpful. Really appreciated the prompt assistance!

The hotel rooms were very worst We are extremely disappointed and angry with the condition of the hotel rooms. Right from the moment we entered, there was a horrible stench in the room. The bathrooms were in a pathetic and unhygienic state, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling both in the room and in the bathroom. The flush wasn’t working either, which is completely unacceptable. We raised these issues immediately, but absolutely no action was taken. This kind of neglect and indifference is shocking. We are not willing to continue our stay in such a filthy and poorly maintained place. Staying there even for a night was unbearable.

AC was not controllable . Room was hot . Bathroom water pressure was not that good and there were too many small cockroaches .

After reaching the hotel, I was told that there are 85 rooms and bookings for 125 rooms and hence there is less chance of providing a room. Still the reception guy asked me to wait for 45 mins. I also called MMT and they told me that they will get me help but would need to wait for 45 mins. So I waited for almost 50mins but no response from the Hotel and MMT. Very frustrated! I was assured a full refund, so far I have not received it. I think I ended up spending twice rhe amount due to this last minute issue. So a 3x refund should be done by MMT to make up for the torture.

Not clean, having cockroaches, mosquitoes. Need to follow up for towels, soaps. Water was not available in the bathroom in the morning time. Lot of noise in the night. Rooms not noise free.

Worst facilities, unhygienic washroom’s, no cleaning and no basic amenities and lot of bugs in the washroom as well as rooms. Poor response from the hotel management
