Found luxury in my independent stay here. Room was well appointed for one person and staff provided personalized attention.

Felt very secure staying here by myself. Staff was always around and helpful. Room was clean and had good lighting everywhere.

The space was perfect for just me. Not too big or too small. Staff was kind and made sure I had what I needed during my visit.

Had a good time here traveling alone. Staff was polite and room was tidy. Perfect for solo guests like me.

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit by a stinky, musty smell coming from the bed. It was unbearable — like old sweat, and something else I don’t even want to guess. The bedsheets had visible stains (and not just a little — I’m talking brownish ), and the mattress itself smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I even found a hairball under the pillow. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even sit down. To make it worse, there were tiny bugs crawling near the headboard — I don’t know if it was cocoons or roaches, but it triggered full-on rage. I immediately asked to switch rooms, but the staff acted like it was normal and gave me attitude instead of help. The bathroom was just as bad: mold in the corners, a broken toilet seat, and a shower that smelled like sewage. No hot water either. It felt like staying in a forgotten horror movie set. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. Complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

This is the most pathetic hotel I have ever been to. The staff is rude and arrogant as if they are doing you a favor. Plus, the hotel hygiene is very very bad. You’ll see marks on blankets, pillows, bedsheets... everywhere PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE !

Worst room experience in my life. Blanket smells, pillow smells, hairs on bed, towel torn up. Hairs in washroom, rooms smells, I had it for 8 hours only and it was worst night

Location is good. All tourist spots like Hawa Mahel, City Palace are near by just 2.5km. Bus stand and Railway station is also in 2.5km of range. Rooms was ok ok. It is suitable in ₹1200-₹1500. Check other property in that range. Staff was helpful and polite. Parking is also there. Overall City is good but roads and traffic is pathetic.

Totally disgusting hospitality. Never recommend anyone for stay in this property. Hotel policy which was mentioned in the tarrif during booking times was all Unhygienic, poor cleaning, no toiletries item

The refused to check in, after a long talk to call centre executive, we got rooms , mmt and Oyo coordination with hotel is not good

Actually it was a terrible stay, no amenities, aa while booking the breakfast was included but we didn't get breakfast, no dental kit, no towels, no water bottles. Even the bathroom was dirty, a dirty bathtub, dirty bucket and mug.

Clean room, quick service, and friendly staff made for a relaxing experience.
