My stay at this hotel and was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious, and the service was quick. The hotel’s location is also convenient, close to main attractions and transport. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant experience — I would definitely recommend Hotel Saty to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place was very good, night status here. I spent a night here, i felt very comfortable, better than at home. The nature of the staff is very good. She has a supportive nature.

Water sticking so much, no perfume used in room. Used bedsheet given to me, no cleaniless in bedsheet also

Property location is ok ok, though near to metro station still you need to ask how to reach or call in the reception. Food is good but it is over priced. Rooms are very bad in some rooms showers are not working, some don’t have shower press buttons, in some rooms ceiling lights are flicking. I changed 4 rooms & finally settled in 1, that room also light was flicking & shower head was chocked. No light in the washroom. Service is good staff is supportive.

Room was below then standard room, no window in room, toiletries like body wash and lotion was not provided, water bottle was not provided on any day when asked for it they charged that amount in final bill ....room cleaning was done after 2 days of stay that too after asking for it ...same breakfast menu for all 4 days that too with only 3 options paratha, poha, and toast butter with Tea,

Hotel is amazing & staff is so good

Didnt provide ac remote even after asking multiple times. Leaking washbasin, towels were extremely over used. Very small room in size.

The room where we checked in smelled of dampness(seelan) and there were mosquitoes too.

The property had absolutely basic amenities. The place had no water no freaking water for half the day and the audacity of the staff and manager to ask for bottled water money on top. Dude, we needed to brush our damn teeth! the rooms were small and the bathrooms were bad, to say the least with non-existent water flow even at times when they had water.

The place has a beautiful ambiance, rooms can accommodate 2 people at a time. Staff is very helpful and friendly, requests are fulfilled timely! they offered live music that saturday night, during our stay. It was an iceing on the cake. All the tea lovers can cherish the tea there, as it was awesome! overall a great experience.

We stayed for a night, booked three rooms, however got only two Both the rooms were stinking, linen was dirty, curtains were smelling, water wasn't coming in the taps It was unfathomable, absolutely disgusting rooms

Location of the Hotel is good.

Well cultured staff, friendly with kids and family. Though we had only breakfast here but the quantity and quality was upto mark. We wished we had dinner here as well as the menu was quite appealing
