Hotel O P N K Suites

Booked 2 rooms for family stay. But the owner refused the give the pre-booked rooms giving a reason of no availability of rooms. The staff suggested to cancel the books & go somewhere else with any hesitation. After long discussion with multiple calls with owner got one room instead of paying for 2 pre-booked rooms. Had a worst nightmare & terrible experience.

I have paid some additional amount in the name of tarrif which was demanded by them. They said that only after paying that additional amount i would be allowed. I don't want face this one again. So take some actions on it

Had the worst experience taking this place. The owner asked for extra money when I checked in and said only the bed can be provided with extra charge. Never take this place as it’s in outskirts too I had mistakenly taken this

Bar is there 8) out side is not clean& very dusty. Totally what paid not worthy

extra payment 500- given yesterday for staying in this oyo 77077 pnk suits lodge. already payment transferred at the time of booking. without that he is not allowed. this time got such type of experience. lodging bill also not received

Room was nice but in this price they only provide non ac room only other if ac would have their i would give five star ratening
