The hotel is nice but there Ac is not in a good condition as they have a bad ac functioning. If we are turning off the ac and again turn on after some time, it's not start as it should function but start after 5-10mins later. Overall stay is nice, the bathroom is tidy as well as the room. The staff are very cooperative.

Property location is nearby Subhash Chandra international airport, but it is little bit confusing as the hotel name is different. The room condition was terrible. Room was very small and dirty, with dirty bedsheet and the pillow was extremely dirty and patchy. I booked for complementary breakfast, but they denied giving it. I also booked for late check-out and requested the manager so, but they denied very rudely. The tool extra 30 percent of the one night charge of hotel. The behaviour of the staff including the manager was pathetic.

booked this property for a short stay and was quite let down. The room was not clean upon arrival—dusty surfaces and an unkempt bathroom made it feel neglected. my booking clearly mentioned breakfast included, but at reception I was told, rather rudely, that “there’s no breakfast for you” because it was a one-night booking. When I tried to clarify, I understand policies may vary, but basic courtesy and cleanliness should never be compromised. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and hospitality.

I booked a room for three adults through you. But the hotel authorities gave us a bed for two, and said that we have to pay Rs.800 more for three. So why did you book a room for three at this price!? With a lot of difficulty, we had to accommodate three people in a bed for two. Then they gave only 500ml. water in the room for three people.

This place is a dungeon. The staff is ill behaved. it is not a type of property that should be listed for traveller's using make my trip. The staff tried to force a fake invoice of f and b . when countered they shouted and misbehaved when they were asked to provide details and receipt signature of the f and b. their behavior felt intimidating . this isn't the type of hotel you would want your customers who rely on

First of all thank You to MMT for providing such a good hotel to me. The hotel is nearby to the airport so travel time is deducted. Also a hotel near the main road. So all over travel experience is good. The hotel reception area is neat and clean they welcome me at midnight very gently. The room is also good. The bed is neat and clean. AC is good. The washrooms are also clean. Morning breakfast is also good. Check in and check out is very comfortable. I wish I could come to the hotel again
