Dirty washroom, damaged bathroom fixtures, clogged wash basin and noisy fridge. AC and beds were just ok. Breakfast is good. Confused frondesk staff. Airport drop facility is terribly unreliable. The driver disappears just before the drop time creating panic and stressful situation.
