waste of money, worst hotel i have ever seen. dirty rooms, no water. it was my terrible experience to stay in this hotel

The stay didn't had proper lighting the rooms are little noisy but the worst part is i was not given complimentary towels and washing kits

Location is good, but pathetic rooms with smell and bedbugs, no staff service at all. Had to checkout a day earlier as no family members could stay there. Recommended absolute no.

This was a totally different experience and very very disappointing as the original place was totally different from the pictures.

The property pictures were not accurate. The bedsheet, pillow and blanket were unhygienic and bad smelling. It’s not worth for the money spend.

Pictures don’t match the facility. Very unhygienic, room, bed-sheet and blanket were stinking. On my request they changed the bed-sheet, but not much difference.

It was the worst kind of hotel with no locks, bed sheets were dirty, room walls were the worst kind of. Overall a non-hygienic place to stay.

Room is really small, smelly, and the air conditioner is really noisy moreover bed sheet and blankets are not cleaned

Worst stay on first day. They gave a room which was a dingy setup one floor lower than the main hotel rooms. I think they do that for all people who are staying for the first time and are now aware and not repeat customers. On 2nd day, after showing our disappointment they moved to a better room on the main floor.

Okay for the price. Cleanliness and services can be improved. The staff is cordial though. The location is super convenient.

The views from our room and around the hotel were beautiful. We had a great stay.

The worst hotel and the worst management. Booked for 3 nights, on the second day there was a short circuit and the electricity went off. I was informed that it’ll take 3-4 days for them to restore the electricity so i had to check out because they didn’t even have a power backup. How can one stay without electricity and moreover an air conditioner in delhi summers. So i checked out and i was refunded only 1 night charge and i was charged for 2 nights even when it was the hotel’s fault. So please stay away from this hotel if you want a comfortable stay.
