very worst experience... no proper hot water supply in the bathroom even found centipedes which was scary.. no proper sanitation. Food was not accessible from the place of stay.. No humanity to provide even a single mat.. Overall a BIG No to this place. Not at all recommended.

⭐ 1 Star (If I could give 0, I would) Title: Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were charged for breakfast but never received any food or service. When we asked about it, they acted like we were bothering them. To make things worse, basic necessities like handwash weren't even provided in the room. The level of service . Zero professionalism, zero hospitality. Totally unacceptable.

The property was terrible with no hygiene. A big no to everyone who is planning to book this property

The room was in very poor condition. There were cockroaches, and water from the AC was dripping inside. The bedsheet had many stains, and there was a bad smell throughout the room. In addition, frequent power cuts made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Please don’t ever book for this property. The photos in the website and the actual rooms have no match at all. The room was terribly bad, having multiple stains on the bed sheet, I was even unable to find a place to sit, forget about taking a rest here! There was no remote for the TV, no mug in the washroom, extremely dirty in condition, and the water continuously leaking. It really can give you a traumatic experience that you will never be able to book any hotels in future based on the ratings. I booked this one after going through so much of good reviews, I am really not sure if those people have been given any another room or hotel. Well, I will never never book any Hotel online going forward. The experience so terrible that I checked out before one night. This is really wrong when you make fun of people who have booked the Hotel based on the reviews and photos given. Disheartening and Unbelievable. That’s the word for this highly highly rated hotel. I repeat, never ever book this hotel. I hope this review come across every other person who comes across the false good ratings. If you want to book this hotel based on the good reviews, I would request you to please visit once, then book!

Nothing is good at this hotel other than staff’s behaviour. Room was not cleaned, bathroom was dirty and charging sockets were not operational.
