it was nice stay, room was clean and everything was working properly, though bedsheets could be cleaner a bit, there were strains

Room was excellent but basic things were not provided. Water bottle, cutlery was not present, dental kit was not provided, no cattle for making tea or coffee, no tea coffe ingredients.

Cockroaches roaming inside the room and over the bed. Bad smell. Dirty towel No toiletry kit No water No response when informed about cockroaches Checked out at the earliest

The property was under a different name. Both of their given contact numbers was unreachable. We literally had to go and enquire ourselves. The room smelt of cigarettes. Not that great in sanitation.

it was nice. check in was smooth, but it bedsheets and blankets were not clean. could have provided with water atleast.

Lift hotel not clean

Very cosy rooms and service was excellent. The manager was totally cooperative with us. Very good shops near by as well

Good hotel. Great staff. The location is good as well. Rooms are neat and tidy. It has a balcony as well.

Neat, clean place. Slightly pricey for the locality. Helpful frontdesk staff. Wifi didn't work and the gentleman said he would check after a while but later we were told the wifi network was down. We wanted to watch tv for a while and it was supposed to run off the internet. Hence the need.

The rooms are spacious and the service is good. But there's a restaurant which is more costly and especially the taste is not up to the price. I'll suggest people who are coming here to get food via, zomato or swiggy!

The south square is a new property and it is kept neat and clean however i have few observations to give firstly in the washroom we should have a toilet tissue roll, a soap stand and hand towel stand, secondly they should have some buffett for breakfast the current setup is not up to the mark. Lastly yes there should be a property tv connection, simply putting a smart tv but not delivering anything doesn't make sense.

The stay was good. Room was very clean but bathroom need much more neatness. Parking space is there. And also one restaurant on roof top. Good for family

It was a stay during our house renovation and we really loved the stay for 7 days. Very good value for money with really good food and service was top notch. New hotel so rooms are clean but needs a slight maintenance. They have ballet parking so no issues at all and a simple yet more than functional pub on 6th floor
