worst experience,hotel manager kept us waiting for more than 40 min as booking ID showing invalid then after getting connected with customer support , executive has given another booking and then only manager had alloted room to us .. whatever may be the hotel is but if for tired guest you kept him waiting for nearly an hour just for getting validated then your entire system is fail

I had a very bad experience with the hotel, no hygiene, no hospitality, rude people. Request you don't recommend to family people

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The room is decent, bathroom and toilet are decent. Water supply after 3am was stopped but started again the morning. Ac is working fine.

The hotel is good and silent. But i need a clean bed cover and pillow cover. And also need improvement in room cleanliness

My stay was excellent in sai inn lodge. I stayed here for 3 nights. Staffs are so polite & genuine. Especially i really to thanks to mr. Mukesh, incharge of this property. Nice person & good carrying the guests. Definitely i will come back again.

Once we checked in around 8:15 am in the morning, manager did not allot a room he said need to wait till 12 pm, but later he allotted 1 room where from bathroom the water was leaking and getting in to hall.
