Hotel O India Gate

First when I complained then changed the room but AC stopped working in 30mins. Then tried help at 11pm they said can’t do anything. Next day they Denied breakfast which was inclusive, AC didn’t worked the whole night., bad smell in hotel, very rude behaviour. No support, too much mosquito. I booked for 2days but had to vacate in 1days. And they didn’t bother.

Maintenance is worst, there is no water facility, bad response from reception Not at all recommended

money wasted I am not going to next time.AC was not proper Working Not a Neet and clean, No any other facilities only for pay Mony and sleep no provide toail, not Provided water bottle, not provided handwash, very terrible hotel.

The rooms are very untidy and under maintained.strong need to get the hotel fixed.The beds sheets were torned

Very worst. Asking extra amount late night i cannot move other place so amount also paid 740rs. Room and bathroom not clean i think bed sheet more than 6 months not wash. Very very worst

That property owners are selling their rooms in block. We booked a room through your mm t mobile app. When we reach there and showed our booking. They said that rooms are full and we can't give the room with the price that we booked in mm t

They are filled with garbage. No support from them to resolve the hotel extra payment demand.

I didn't checked in due to change in train date. I asked to change the hotel check in date by 1 day but they refuse

They have not cleared even dust bin

First of all if you plan to stay with family don't read further and waste your time, same applies with Solo travellera with heavy luggage. If you book this hotel forless than 1200 the front office demands for extra money to match 1200. The good part if MMT covers you, for my case though it took for a while, MMT offered another hotel which is nearby and saved my day.

reaching the property supervisor asked for extra money saying your booking is with low cost.

They refuse to offer a room wit the booked amount

They charged for 1000 rs extra.

Hotel charged extra which makemytrip refunded but room condition bedsheets etc were bad

Fine stay everything was good but lift is not working and size of the room also small

I reached late night, the door was open (thankfully). The gentleman on duty was sleeping (no problem there) then the experience began. I was told there is no drinking water! The norm is to provide 1 Bottled Water every day of stay. forget bottled water, there is no drinking water - period. Really? I learned over the period of my stay that the hotel provides regular water, only in the day! And there is no fridge, so lukewarm water from the tap. (Maybe they have an RO), but I didn’t venture to find out. The staff is untrained in basic human courtesies, forget hospitality. The reason of the 2 star is that the AC was working fine, it seemed and smelled like a ‘Chaddar-Badli’ hotel, if you catch my drift. NOT RECOMMEND.
