Terrible Stay

The hotel staff asked me that we don't have any room vacant for you as you have not called us before. Then, he asked me to pay additional so that he can get me upgrade from classic to premium. But the case is, there is no such thing with the hotel. It has same rooms at all levels. Later on, the washroom was in terrible position and asked him to change the room but all was in vein.

I had booked a room for three members but the hoteliers forced me to take another room whose information was given to you by calling the customer care and the tvs were not working in the rooms. The hoteliers refused to turn on the tv.
