Indana Palace Jaipur

Property location and amenities are up to the mark,food is good but the hospitality can be improved particularly at the manager level. There were few instances where staff were non cooperative when we wanted to bring some food items to the room since we were with the kids.And sometimes we felt we were in the hostel and not in the Indana Palace Jaipur. We don't expect such a type of hospitality for a 5* category Indana Palace Jaipur.

The property is very nice according to the location and very picture perfect.. Our stay is very comfortable over there and their service is very good and fast..The staff is very polite and humble to us..The taste of the food is good.. Overall a good Experience I Will give them a five star rating..All Thanks to the ( MMT Team ) for this memorable trip..

Had a pleasure for staying at indana for second time ... top knotch staff and rooms ... only issue which I faced was that tv had very less amount of channels available for watching ... on asking , they told they had yearly tv plan and it couldn't be increased...

The staff is courteous, and the food is truly amazing, offering a delightful dining experience. The rooms are comfortable, though the interiors appear slightly dated. Overall, the property provides good value for money and makes for a pleasant stay.

Very nice property....we had an amazing time.....beautiful view from the Indana Palace Jaipur room..staff members were too polite and helpful....breakfast was also very good...overall we had an awesome experience

The property is beautiful and very royal. The staff is very well behaved and courteous, always ready to help. They need to improve on the taste of the food and rahisthani flavors are missing from the buffet.

Excellent staff, manners, food, comfort. The only drawback is that it’s summers so they should allow us to use the recreational room till 8:30 pm. At 6:30 pm it’s still very hot and they close it at 7:00 pm

good stay. I think the Indana Palace Jaipur rooms need renovation. too dated for a 4 star as it's called. average breakfast and needs improvement

Feel like king ..if you stay feel like living in raj mehel and oroma jasmine smell in lobby area .. you will not forget ..very fresh and luxury feeling
