I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations—especially considering they are a 5-star property. There was a clear delay in staff management throughout the stay. Every small request required continuous follow-ups, which was both tiring and disappointing. A premium hotel should offer smooth, proactive service, but here it felt like the staff was unprepared and poorly coordinated. Overall, the service quality and management did not match the pricing or the 5-star standard they claim to provide. Not worth the amount paid, and definitely not an experience I would recommend.

It was a very nice stay we had at Indana palace. The hotel was neat and clean, food was great and the ambience was excellent. There was an earthing issue in the bathroom which got fixed immediately. Their quality of staff was extraordinary across areas except the reception. Somehow I felt their staffs at the reception were so straight faced and not very welcoming. If the hotel can work on something then that's the only area... Overall it was a great stay!!

Amazing location near hills, I got room with hill and lake view, which I liked the most. Also, the room was spacious, neat and clean. Staff was courteous and responded to various requirements immediately. Food quality of the hotel is also good. It is a nicely maintained property at amazing location, if one wants to relax at a calm place away from city.

Property is good and well maintained. Staff is polite and there is real time response to any issues. Ala carte food is great... but buffet options are very limited. There should be anti slip mats inside bathtubs as tubs are huge. What i loved about the property is excellent ventilation. One thing i did not like was even after paying a hefty amount for the Premium room, I was not given one channel to watch on tv, as they said they cannot recharge anything for 1 day stay and guests need to just watch whatever is available. So may be good for 1 time stay but not repetitive.

The property was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and staff was also polite. The property is bit far from the places one can visit in Jaipur, but it is close to Amer Fort. Overall, the stay was good.
