I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations—especially considering they are a 5-star property.
There was a clear delay in staff management throughout the stay. Every small request required continuous follow-ups, which was both tiring and disappointing. A premium hotel should offer smooth, proactive service, but here it felt like the staff was unprepared and poorly coordinated.
Overall, the service quality and management did not match the pricing or the 5-star standard they claim to provide. Not worth the amount paid, and definitely not an experience I would recommend.
