Average Stay
The hotel upgraded our room to family room because we had a small child without any extra cost and we really appreciate the hotel for that. The room was neat and clean with all basic amenities. The room service was good. The only thing was the breakfast buffet had limited options. Overall cleanliness and location wise it was good but food was average.

One of the bad hotels in terms of services and food quality.
businessThis hotel is not providing dental kit & comb. Staff behaviour is not good. So some thing else and providing some else. No electricity backup. Food quality of restaurant is worst. I would recommend never book this hotel in future.

Please note that you and friends indulged in inappropriate behaviour by consumption of banned narcotic substances in the room & also at the poolside area, and despite repeated requests from our team you continued to smoke in the guest rooms which are non-smoking. Also even after prior intimation, you insisted on accessing our property swimming in your undergarments, you misbehaved with our staff when they denied access to the pool in inappropriate clothing. You threatened us with negative reviews, if we didn’t agree to your inappropriate demands, which is highly misleading for other travellers. Hence we requested you to check out and leave our property premises immediately, for safety and well-being of our other fellow guests & our staff. Terrible Stay
The hotel had no proper parking space which due to which my car got damaged. Please beware if you are taking personal vehicle there

Pathetic hotel and service
1. Taps not working properly 2. No extra water bottle 3. Even dental kit is chargeable. 4. Windows do not open 5. Electricity supply is not proper. 6. No dustbin in room 7. Towels are dirty 8. Parking is not proper, car is parked outside hotel in lane. 9. Overall experience is not good.

Average Stay
Over all the property is very nice. Good maintenance done. Need improvement in bathrooms. Staaf is courteous towards guests. For early morning check out facilities are unavailable like break fast.

Great property, excellent staff
soloMy father stayed here by himself. Not only is the property beautiful with good rooms and delicious food, the staff treat you as family and make the stay truly wonderful. I say this because my father had a heart attack while he was there. The staff ensured that he got in time medical treatment, they stayed with him to ensure safety and also checked in regularly. Greatly appreciate their warmth!

Good stay but on a little expensive side
I liked it, location was really good, food was delicious, hygienic and safe stay. Roomservice numbers were not working, there was a bucket and mug but no tap, as i had to make my baby bath, it was very difficult to accumulate water from shower. Rooms had no white light, so faced difficulty for makeup. I asked them to mk a bowl of khichdi for baby, they gave a full plate, for which they charged 275, which i felt was so costly. Overall stay was comfortable and felt royal. No elevators ( only steps) so not good for elderly having leg pain.

familyThis place is over priced and has minimal facilities like limited food options in breakfast, no room slippers, no dental kit etc. I will not recommend this place.

Poor home stay cum hotel
First of all this is not a hotel , this is more like Home stay . Only good about this place is hygiene. Bed is of poor quality Room window opens in balcony and there is no privacy You can’t sleep till the time any one is partying or even talking in balcony Biggest irony is they do not even provide free water and dental kit after taking almost per night. No food is served post 9:30 PM . Last but not the least Breakfast is horrible, hardly 4-5 items to chose from and that to without any taste . Single juice and one fruit . Not a place for business travelers

Nice hotel
A nice hotel in a decent location. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is excellent. Surprisingly, they charge rs. 1500- per day for the pet dog No facility is provided for this charge - it is only the pet charge, which is quite ridiculous if your pet is not damaging or soiling the hotel premises. Will not stay in this hotel again due to this

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is neat and clean. The rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. The staff is welcoming and courteous, very responsive to any request. The food was well made.
