Disappointing Experience with Poor Management
My stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant due to serious management and housekeeping issues. Upon check-in, I found the door to my room already open. The bellboy inspected the room and informed me that the cleaning staff had left it incomplete. Since I was exhausted, I asked them to come back and finish cleaning later.
After resting for a few hours, I discovered that the interconnecting door to the adjoining room had been left unlocked. I immediately contacted the staff, and they came to lock it. This was extremely concerning, especially since the next room was occupied by a family — a potentially unsafe situation that should never have happened.
The next day, things took another negative turn when the manager called me regarding supposed damage to a bedsheet and towels. I accepted responsibility for one towel that had fallen on the bathroom floor, but they also brought in an additional towel and a bedsheet with only water marks — which were definitely not mine. The manager was rude and confrontational, and although I tried to explain, I eventually agreed to have the charges added to my bill just to avoid ruining my day. I still had two more days left in my stay and didn’t want further conflict.
Overall, the staff’s attitude and the management's unprofessional handling of the situation left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
