The Fern Jaipur, Series by Marriott

Fern was such a delight- we reached the hotel at 6 pm. We liked the decor and also our rooms. The breakfast next morning was delicious and we ate well and were set for a day of exploration. We were glad to return to the hotel as the housekeeping was efficient and we entered a clean room. We checked out at 11 am happy with our stay and a promise to ourselves that we will stay at Tje Fern if we ever visit Jaipur again.

Hotel room was ok but washroom wasn’t No complimentary BF in package I did not have food in the hotel Room was neat and clean hosekeeping services were on time

Room was too small to occupy 3 adult and 1 child Bad smell was constantly coming Temperature was not been easily regulated in and outside room We had checked out in one day despite of two days booking. One positive point was that Hotel has called up for our one of valuable which we had forgotten. We are thankful to hotel for this.

Points go to comfort, hospitality and services provided. Breakfast was just awesome with a bunch of variety. Just want to point out that it should be clearly mentioned that the hotel in general is no-smoking. And options for smoking / non-smoking shouldn’t be given , if the only option is of a separate zone for all.

Great food. Had good taste and variety. Good Ambiance and cleanliness. Hotel staff was also very helpful. rooms were also good even though minor wear and tear were visible. room service good. Guest car parking is also available within the hotel premises although limited. Good mix of domestic and foreign guests. Location is in a good area, though slightly away from prime spots. Overall good experience.

property is good but it was smelling weird outside the room. swimming pool is full of pigeons all the time, pigeons come for drinking water in quantity.. it's overpriced as per my opinion..

it was average experience at the fern jaipur. rooms are ok but the curtains and other things were not clean and the behavior of the staff was also not good.

stayed for 2n , awesome ambience inside & outside ...location is right next to the flyover ..nice city view ! good spa , compact gym , great pool & view on roof top ...spend an evening dinner by the pool .. Food spread is quite decent & well prepared ! staff are very pleasant , courteous & helpful ! 2nd chain of fern visited ..awaiting the next !

The hotel is good and in the vicinity of the airport area . The room was good but the washroom was not according to the hotel ranking . Breakfast was average as there was too much variety .

From check-in to check-out, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were outstanding — absolutely no compromises. You truly get what you pay for, and in my case, even more. The staff was attentive and thoughtful, making sure to remember guest preferences right from food to beverages — in my case, adrak wali chai just the way I like it. Their personal touch really made a difference. Since I stayed during Diwali, the hotel went above and beyond by leaving a sweet festive surprise in my room while I was away — edible diyas as a heartwarming gesture. It truly made me feel valued and at home. In short, I highly recommend staying at this property at least once — you will not be disappointed.

Well, the food was not good, the fridge wasn't working, the television had only 2-3 channels working, the blankets were very old and they were kind of falling apart , no one cleaned our car even after asking them several times, although the staff was helpful and nice but overall it was kind of an average experience but I won't stay there next time

Old property does not fit for 4 star property rating, reception staff not friendly. But food is good.

This hotel is worst for staying for suggested to business travellers. Mattress are worst, TV are old pattern even bathroom taps are very old and rooms are smells dirty even furniture is very old. Staff is not cultured and they don’t behave with guests properly. Reception staff and room service staff is rude and they don’t care for guests and hospitality.

location is good, room condition poor, bedsheets and towels were old and dirty. Floor tiles faded.
