The property is so good. The staff is very cooperative. Scenic beauty. It’s surrounded by Aravali Hills Rooms are very neat and clean. It’s located on Delhi Jaipur Highway and 60km from Jaipur. Everything we asked for was under construction or renovation..no proper staff management.. swimming pool was in terrible condition bad food.

I had booked Valley by Grassfield through MakeMyTrip for my family, and I must say it turned out to be an excellent choice. Although I was not personally present, my family had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. J.P. Singh, the manager, who was incredibly supportive, understanding, and professional throughout. His helpful attitude and attention to detail made a big difference. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and truly appreciated. The entire resort staff was courteous and friendly, and the food was delicious — a highlight of the stay! The ambience, hospitality, and overall experience made it a memorable trip for my family. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. J.P. Singh and the entire team.

Awful Management. Unclean rooms. Please do not go here. Food was good but that was the only thing. Also there’s no network and wifi DO NOT WORK

Very rude and uncooperative behaviour of staff.

rating- 2/10 so i decided to visit this property as it was my wedding anniversary, here i’m posting my honest review. let’s start with positive side. positives - location of the property is so beautiful, surrounded with mountains and approach was also fine too. - dinner was fine too as we haven’t ordered much. - staff was courteous too as they provide us charger for all night, appreciate that. negatives - property is not maintained at all, furniture is in bad state, ac or tv remotes were not working, shower diverter was broken, no pressure in pipes etc. - they don’t provide wi-fi as they said they’ve mentioned it which i couldn’t find. very limited cell phone network is there. - breakfast was bad, i only seek good breakfast in any property as that’s my fav meal, they just served us papaya, poha and aloo paratha, i asked them for omelets which they clearly denied. i mean who doesn’t serve omelet in breakfast? even when they’re not pure vegetarian restaurant. that was very disappointing. - they deposited 500 cash for the room card key 😂, i swear this was my first time experience, i took care of that more than my wife 😂 lol - now come to the crazy part that what type of fraud they do to people, they said they do charge 18% gst on food even on mineral water bottles, as far as i know there’s 5% gst on food and mineral water bottle is already tax paid. i asked them to provide gst bill on my firm’s name. he said there’s some issue on system and he’ll share on whatsapp. i paid and left. i first got an invoice for both my room and food mentioning “foodbill “ with “zero” gst and 120 rs cess, i’ll share it in the pictures. i asked them to provide me saperate food bill mentioning items, which they first said to provide by evening and then denied saying their restaurant pos isn’t working. this isn’t just about money. lately they provide me same invoice, just put the cess amount in cgst and sgst 9% each. for your information gst on room terrif is 12% at their property. thank you!

Road to reach the property was broken and damaged our car's alignment property was not ready and had construction going on. There were no tv services in the room and when we asked for it, we got a reply from the manager that as the property is still in the pre-opening phase, we can't provide these services. There were no room services, telephone extension, menu card, number to reach room service available in the room. Everytime, we required something we had to go out till the reception and ask for it. We booked a package with breakfast, lunch and dinner which is by default the buffet as no specification was mentioned there. But the property manager gave the excuse that as this is still in the pre-opening phase, we only offer a la-carte and that we got their choice of food with a limited quantity unlike buffet. no telephone reception or wifi was available, but at the time of the payment, all these started working. Rooms had issues with water drainage and after using the washroom, the room got flooded with water There was no one else in the entire property, still they refused to change our room and and the next day when we forced them, they shifted us to another one which had no amenities. There was broken furniture around the pool unlike shown in the pictures.

It was a great stay with an amazing view. Serene and quiet. Right in front of picturesque hills. The staff were warm and attentive, especially who also took us all for a mini hike. The drive to the place was kind of rocky, and more signs can be added to make locating it more manageable.

Property is good but service is not good inter come not working anye room c lining problem food not good

The view from our property was 5/5 apart from that 0/5 for maintenance. The ac was not working in their suite room and when we got the room changed the other ac was dripping water and we had to place buckets underneath it. The commode was broken and so was the basin

Resort view is very beautiful but food is terrible, no hygiene maintained.

Food is average, safety & hygiene is upto the mark.

The location of the property is out of the crowded city experiences with all amenities, you and nature only will stay together. But they are not able to provide the service which you will expect for sure, food is not good also no choice of outside food as it's located 70-75 away from jaipur. The place is good for traveling group.

The resort is located at an amazing location but the rooms were not well maintained, the phone to reach the reception wasn't working and there was no water in the washroom for the first couple of hours. The food was ok, nice homely meals were served. It is a pet friendly resort but no food etc available for pets, had to request multiple time for boiled eggs

The location is too far but the view is lovable and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and polite and they listened to you and did as per you want all the things. Must go there and enjoy your stay.

The location was preety serene with beautiful landscape that made the stay worth it and gave the peace we needed.

Just 10km from manoharpur toll plaza on delhi-jaipur highway. Location is excellent. Service is good. There is some network problem but we were there on vacations, not work. Really enjoyed.

We booked a lower category room but at the arrival they offered us free upgrade to a villa. Really like the gesture and service. Location is amazing between the aravalli hills. Food is tasty and cheap. They have billiards, cycling, table tenis, badminton and other activities.

It is a beautiful property with breathtaking views! very approachable and in the middle of the heart of aravalli's. Lovely service and there is a beautiful short trek for a temple. It's such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back with friends and highly recommend this resort.
