Located in prime location on NH48. Resort build and finish are decent. However, maintanence is lacking, e.g. AC was making loud noise, Overhead shower and all faucets were blocked with limescale, Wood table was badly scratched (needs polishing) The duty manager early morning on 7-May-25 was INDIFFERENT to feedback & complaints. He did not even want to listen to any feedback...only asked to fill form. Manager attitude is obviously only to get salary, and not concerned about image of Hotel and client loyalty.

This property is on the highway so it's a best option for those who wants to stay near highway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good.

I booked the room at 04:17 pm on 24 dec for stay on same day. However, due to an emergency, i had to cancel the stay and called up hotel and mm t customer care for cancel-ling the booking at 5 pm. However, i didn't get the refund. So, essentially the booking was on my name for approx 40 mins. I informed the hotel and mm t in time, still refund is being denied. This is absolutely ridiculous. Kindly look into it to process the refund asap.

It's is a nice property i m visiting this property second time but it's not kids friendly this time i m with my kids the menu the have in their restaurant is not up to the mark

It was very pleasant stay, very beautiful resort on the highway with all modern amenities. We decided to take a halt here instead of staying in busy city of jaipur and reach jaipur next morning as it is just 1. 5 hour drive from amer fort. The decision turn out to be best decision of trip, resort is excellent and have good pool to enjoy with family. I would say it is best resort in delhi - jaipur highway

Service was very slow and food was at all upto the mark. Food is overpriced. Orders were mixed up. Staff wasn’t aware of the breakfast buffet and breakfast buffet was not prepared till the people reached the restaurant, hence, a lot of waiting time. Overall average stay. Will not recommend.
