The property is in depleted state and not well kept. The wifi wasn't working. The room dialing wasn't working and for room service, we had to call on a mobile number. We just had to stay for a night so managed somehow. For the kind of amount you pay here, not worth it.

I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life at The Thime Hotel, Jaipur. The condition of the room and washroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat was not usable — it wouldn’t flush properly. The tap in the bathroom was broken and leaking. The washroom handle was broken, making it difficult to even close the door. The bed smelled horrible, like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Basic hygiene and cleanliness were completely missing. The pictures are totally misleading — reality is far worse. The staff didn’t bother to fix anything even after complaints. I regret booking this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it completely. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Highly disappointing and not recommended at all.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the staff was welcoming. However, on the first day, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the first-floor corridor. We informed the reception, but unfortunately, the smell persisted. Apart from that, everything else was good.
