I have not ordered food so I could not review the food experience. Water bottles were not included in the stay, I had to pay more than the market price for purchasing water bottles if I ask them in my room. The location of the property is good, it is within the walking distance from the railway station. You can easily catch your The quality of the rooms were not as per the amount paid. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. The pickup and drop facility was not complementary, I have to pay for it.

The hotel isn't worth it. Firstly, I was asked to change the name of the primary guest as my parents were staying instead of me. The room was also small different to what is in the pics.

Room good location good service good Only Cons: water bottle of Rs 18/- is sold at Rs. 35/- and is not complimentary at all upon reaching in the hotel room i request hotel authority to kindly give a free bottle like other hotels in india give to the customers upon reaching like soap, shampoo which you are giving not doubt about that

This would be the first time that I had such a grim experience related to my stay after booking through MakeMyTrip. I arrived at the hotel with my mother who is a senior citizen but at the reception even after sharing our original identity proof of Aadhar card, we have gone through a lot of interrogation by the front desk of asking our whereabouts and age details. Then the room initially allocated to us was very stuffy, there was a window opening towards the shaft and poorly ventilated with the bedsheets which were giving a soiled appearance. Moreover, there was no single bottle of mineral water being provided, which generally is given as a complementary in other hotels. Although with a lot of arguments with the manager, the room was changed and the room with better ventilation and location was provided to us. One more thing, I would like to mention that, there's no basic amenities like electric kettle, tea fillers etc is provided as the restaurant of the hotel opens at 7.00 AM and if people need to move out early morning for some sight seeing or pilgrimage, there's no option available for getting tea etc in the early morning, nor any hotel staff was sent to fill up the jug of water. Also, during checkout , none of the staff was sent to get the luggage

1) Budget friendly. 2) Near to Jaipur Railway station. 3) Food is great. 4) Mr. Farhad, at the reception desk of Metro Inn is very courteous and helpful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Metro Inn, Jaipur, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service under the guidance of Mr. Farhat Hussain, the Operation Manager. He ensures every guest is looked after with care and professionalism. The staff was attentive, the rooms were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend Hotel Metro Inn to anyone visiting Jaipur for its hospitality and excellent management.

Stay was good but breakfast option was limited....there was no buffet system we have to choose by menu and it was limited to one dish per person,we can't order another dish....so breakfast system was very terrible
