Hotel Raas is great for a night or day break. It is 550m away from Jaipur Railway Station. The Hotel staff is very friendly, fast and obliging. The room is good and very comfortable bed . The bedsheets and mattress were very clean. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and there was good ventilation. The food here is not good, you can eat from outside.

I stayed here for one night with my family-They allowed me for early check in- Service and food quality were good- Easy access to Jaipur metro to travel City palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar mantar with in 15 mts-Jaipur Railway stn is also nearby - they arranged a vehicle for us with reasonable price. Overall experience was good.

Very bad experience, as even after locking the deal 1 month in advance and making the payment upfront, i was told to cancel the booking as no room available after preparing the chart. This is very unprofessional and would never recomend anyone to use makemytrip.

had a very bad experience after booking and making the payment. Hotel Raas called me and asked me to cancel the booking as they have done some other booking and i would be getting my refund. i decline to cancel the booking, and complaint the makemytrip contact centre and enail the ceo. Though i got a call from makemytrip team that i can continue with the booking. THIS IS VERY POOR AND WORST EXPERIIENCE AS A FAMILY IS TRAVELLUNG AND WE GET SO PATHETHIC SERVICE. EVEN THE HOTEL WAS NOT WELL MAINTAINED, LATCHES IN THE BATHROOM NOT PROPER, PAINT/PLASTER COMING OUT OF WALL
