Poor Stay

Hotel staff very irresponsible for customers. Behaviour of managing staff is poor. All the things staff has commissionized system. No cleaning of the rooms in three days no towel and soap are providing very bad behaviour and spoken very badly. Last day staff closed the ac of the room. Wtaer quality of hotel is very low. All over this is a very bad experience in my life.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel star. Location is good near railway station and metro station. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

businessLate night when we checked in they provided us some different room other than we booked. I asked so they said you booked this room only. Every-time we asked for towel and other things they denied. One night i called them to give three empty plates and lemon slices the guy from desk said not possible directly to me. Staff is rigid and unbehaved. Hotel some part is new and location is near by railway junction. Local transport you can get easily.
