balcony was bad, light was going on and off, no wifi , no room service. no ventilation in bathroom

It's not suitable for family stay, no kettle so that no hot water, room service also delay, don't book along with breakfast it's waste, they provide just sandwich

I had high hopes based on the pictures and description while booking, but the reality was far from it. The room was much smaller than advertised — barely enough space to move around, let alone feel comfortable. Cleanliness was a major letdown. The bedsheets didn’t look fresh, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a weird damp smell as soon as we entered. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly (e.g., no proper toiletries, poor lighting, and a leaking tap).

It was good for someone who wants a night stsy only for business or study purpose. Room was clean nd washroom was also good.

nothing to say because the bathroom is without mirror and the basin pipe is also broken. Also during check-in the reception person handed over the key of Room No 302 because there was no person to take me to the room. I found room No 302 but the light is not working then i called to reception. After all one rep coming and doing the power on. Also my breakfast with chole bhature is a great experience because the chole was lblack chana boiled and mixed with tomato and onion.

They didn't provide me Soap or Shampoo, overall experience is good, but they don't allow me to early check-in. location is good, it's near to Jaipur railway station, 5 minutes walking distance.
