location wise this is one of the best hotel. Service is also excellent. Hotel operation manager Mr. Farhat Hussain is very helpful. He is well mannered person and polite in nature.

Hotel is just okay. Cleanliness needs improvement — there was an unpleasant smell coming from the room. Don’t expect much in terms of comfort or hygiene.

I was booked into hotel metro the room etc was average. value for money, there was an issue with the TV, the staff was very co operative and they shifted me to their new property metro inn at no additional cost ..it was like getting a room upgrade ,excellent experience food was also good and on time real appreciation for the staff of both properties
