Misleading categorisation in 5 star. services are not even 3 star

The location is very good and the staff very courteous and helpful but every thing else about the stay is below par. Not value for money spent at all. I’m not sure how has MMT given this a 5 star property category. The breakfast spread is very ordinary. House keeping is non existent . In 3 nights stay the the room was made only once and even then the toiletries were not replenished. On asking we were told shower gel is not available. We asked for dental kits on arrival and they were provided the next day. No towels in the pool area. Iron for clothes was available on request without iron board and the room has no provision near the iron power point. We Had to iron the clothes on the floor . A lot of basics are missing. MMT placing this in the 5 star category is really bad. We ended paying a huge amount due to this . Will think twice about booking through MMT now .

Excellent stay/value for money. Big plus that it is within the forest reserve in case you plan to club safari. Great for a staycation. Serene views, fabulous settings. Hospitable staff, nice big rooms

The resort is located at a wonderful location, just inside the reserve. It is a public private jv. Well maintained gardens, great view, but no wifi, no tv, no phone in the rooms for room service, no liquor licence, which i think is a must for a resort touting itself as a five star resort. Food is okay, nothing extraordinary. Hardly any activity except some board games. There was an insipid local cultural performance. Good place if you go in a big group. And do carry your booze !
