Booked a suite for my parents and they had an absolutely delightful experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Everything—from the cleanliness to the food and the service—was top-notch. A special thanks to Mr. Yuvraj Singh for going the extra mile and making sure my parents were comfortable throughout their stay. His attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Will definitely book again in the future!

The food and staff were excellent. The food was freshly prepared and authentic in taste though not many options for breakfast. The staff limited in number were running around and still trying to do things clearly a lack on the managements part to be underemployed. Not sure how this will work for them in the long run. The pool though cleaned everyday did not have chlorine and could be a health issue for many small children. The property needs urgent maintainance whether it is keeping mosquitoes in check, automatic power backup, closed windows in the bathroom, curtains on all windows in the room.

coupleStaff and the manager are good but property needs work. The bed sheets were dirty. There were hair stands. In the toilet as well. So we changed the room. Water heater was not working in the morning. We bathe with cold water. Food is also a little on the expensive side.

So many things not working

familyIt has been a while that we have stayed in a place which had so many things not working. The wild growth was so much, my mother got wet in her wheel chair from the untrimmed hedge. Once inside the room, we had to get one bulb repaired in the room and two lights repaired/put in the toilet. The tv took the longest time to get started with problems of set top box and non subscription of channels. The bed was creaky. The worst was that there was no hot water in the morning. We kept phoning the caretaker but he did not pick the phone. I have never seen a room so big with absolutely no wardrobe.

Poor Stay

This is an unman-aged place where few workers manage by themselves. No manager. Desolate and barren place. Water is scarce and comes in tankers. O beware. No phone in room. Tv does not work. Lunch was not prepared so they sent us to local dhaba. Swimming pool full of dead leaves and bees. Workers are nice and affectionate though and try their best.

Basic room amenities are not there. No floor mat, Leaking water taps. No food options. Poor hygiene. Swimming pool and Bath tubs are not operational. Even a basic Oyo room is better than this. Maximum 2500 worth. And we paid more than 7500 + 2100 At the hotel for very basic food of two people.

Terrible Stay

Stayed on 20th october 23 with my family after booking a deluxe room for one day. Paid 12700 through make my trip. On reaching the hotel the gate was closed and there was no guard. We opened and went inside and we were given the room key and shown the room from reception. There was no service boy available. In the room we found no drinking water, dirty bathroom towels, no provision for hot water (geyser) in bathroom, a bathtub with no water available and room floor was full of dust that your feet turn brown the room has no tv, wifi, or cupboard to store clothes. The service was extremely poor with no one available to attend to these complaints for hours. The quality of food in lunch was average. At dinner which was called a buffet, by the time our turn came all the vessels were empty. And to our shock we realised that there was no more food. The place is run by a totally unprofessional man and it appears that they are into extreme cost cutting even at the expense of completely ignoring the customer. I have presented the facts exactly as they occurred. I leave the inference to the reader as i am personally utterly disappointed.

Mr. Singh the owner of the property is very courteous and helpful. Food was very delicious specially dinner. A perfect gateway for family & is just 800 mts away from the world famous chand baori.
