Entry was good Lobby was good Food was ok Reception was ok Room is very bad, no dustbin, no towels...i arge them to bring towels and dustbin then they bring this things......there is a lack of basic amenities in room.....no coffee, tea and extra extra things so I can say there is absence of basic needs in room.....

Overall good, pool is very good it’s built in a fort style, but service is slow and basic amenities like dressing table mirror missing in room, though it is in washroom

very nice property, and clean rooms, well mannered staff as well, its ambience feel very positive and good

The stay was ok...not so comfortable. Food quality was not worth inside the hotel. Overall experience was good because of it's situation near to the tourist spots like hawa mahal

Everything else was fine, but the day manager at the reception had really bad behavior with me.

Initial experience was poor. The room they allotted was water leakaged. Then after 1 hour, they allotted another room which was quite good.

USELESS MANAGER. ABUSING EVERY GUEST...BOTH LADIES STAFF ARE STEALING THE VALUABLES. GAVE IMPROPER BILLING. MAKES YOUR STAY HORRIBLE BCOZ OF THIS MANAGER. THROW HIM OUT. I STAYED IN 322/324. HE SLAPPED ME..... THIS IS THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS GUEST. OWNER OF THE HOTEL HAS TO FACE THE HEAT.....AS I LAUNCHES COMPLAINT. UNMARRIED COUPLES NOT CHECKED. XEROX KEPT DARK PURPOSELY. GOD SAVES BUT WILL PUNISH THEM. FOOD ...EXCELLENT. MANAGER DOWNGRADES EVERYTHING. THROW HIM OUT FROM COUNTER

It is a good hotel and if it improves a little more it can become the best. I really liked their food. The people at the reception should be a little more polite.

Well, it's situated in the old part of the city but right next to the Metro station. so commuting was very very easy. It's no doubt an old property but it has been renovated off late and has a rajputana theme. Food was ok as per the pricing and staff attitude was also good although not friendly but they were helpful when approached. And I need to add that since it's an old property and though its centrally air-conditioned, it lacks proper ventilation which is why you get an weird smell in the elevator. Rooms don't have mirrors and temperature control knobs for controlling the AC temperature. However the rooms have an AC on/off switch and a ceiling fan as well. Hot- water available 24 hrs with 24 hrs house-keeping and in-room dining facilities as well. Overall rating is good for the price

Main dealbreaker is they use used water bottles and fill them with ro water they were accepting openly and trying to justify by we wash them befor filling after complaining multiple times no action was taken Building is very old and need some serious repair, food is overpriced simple tea costs 130rs and service is very slow
