Terrible Experience for stay

The standard of Lalit Hotel has fallen low and it does not make sense to stay henceforth. I presume most of the travellers to the hotel do not pay their dues and hence the hotel authorities feel every one is complex to do the same. I am of the opinion that self respect for me has Zero Tolerance and decided not to stay in those hotels where the hotel authorities feel all are thieves.

Room was good. Food ok...super highly charged.For a simple one portion of Alu Chokha they charged 1000/- + Sunil in housekeeping is an asset. Guf up in Billing...they took a full 25 minutes to get an inroom dining bill.. Breakfast just average Overall it's a average or below place to stay...No Value for money ! Rest it's a okay place to stay...

Property was good. The behaviour of staff was also good but the room service was very poor. 2 3 calls were made for a single service. Room key was misplaced and I was waiting at door for 15 minutes and no one came even after making 2 calls to come

The property was clean, the check in was fast, and the overall hospitality was also good. Overall, the experience was good. About the location- If you want to stay in the city center, the location is a bit far, specially in high traffic hours. Usually it takes 30-40mins to travel to city center. But otherwise, the location is prime with good neighbourhood, cleanliness and amenities.

I checked in and was supposed to get a welcome drink. Did not. Next day room was not made. I had to call up and wait till they cleaned the room. Manager on duty not responsive. Everyone at the reception looked preoccupied and distracted. Only while checking out a Mr Dwivedi asked me about my experience and when I told him he was apologetic and arranged sandwiches for my trip. Overall not satisfied. Tge dining experience was good however and service was good at the 24/7 restaurant .
