Staff there was very cooperative and food was of good quality but room and washroom can be more neat and cleaned

Average Stay
The experience was not pleasant as the AC was not working, Ph. to reception not working, staff was also not supportive and food was too oily. Though the rooms were clean and the location was fabulous it was close to railway station. Overall would rate the stay as Average

Poor Stay
My stay at Hotel Raas Palace was very disappointing. The AC was not working properly, which made it very uncomfortable. The room was also smelling bad, adding to the inconvenience. The washroom was not up to the mark – cleanliness was poor and the commode was very congested and placed awkwardly on the side, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, it was a bad experience.
