I reached at 11.30 p.m. manager help me to enter from beck gate. Good hotel. Co-operative staf. No complain.

Room was really small, but considering that it was in a very prime location it was value for money. Staff was quick and helpful. Food was served in the room. Since it was an overnight stay only, my requirements were met.

The rooms were very small. No proper parking. Staff was polite but for every request we had to ask 2-3 times.

It was a very pleasant stay experience at hotel indigo heritage jaipur with my family. The staff behaviour was very good and the overall atmosphere was very good and hospitality was excellent. The food quality and quantity served in the restaurant is also very good. We enjoyed a lot during our stay for 3 nights.

Great service

I was charged extra for changing the dates of my stay. Manager told me that he would have given me the extended stay at 1500 if i would have booked offline. But when i wanted to reschedule the booking from mmt, they increased the price to 2400. What is this malpractice. Other than that the stay was good.
