businessLocation is very good, near to railway station. Rooms are very spacious. Service is good. Hot water was not coming which is very difficult in winter. Bathroom door was not getting closed. Food is good.

coupleBig shame for treebo hotel chain. Bad foul smell in rooms. Bad smell and itchy bed and comforter. Not even cleaned properly before assigning room. It seems room was opened after ages. Dust everywhere. No courtesy to deal customers. Broken furniture. Damaged electric switches. Broken electric kettle. @treebo you should withdraw your franchise from here. Pathetic water bottles. Only 1 aged staff handling everything. Worst experience so far.

The stay was very comfortable it's very clean, maintains your privacy, staff is very humble and helpful, rooms, washrooms all were spacious and clean. Rooms service 24 hours and food is very tasty. I would like to go again there, but only one minus point, i tell them too hotel contact number is not connected. I call 7-8 times, they hold up an hour and more, but then also not connected. Actually it is treebo hotel, so if you book throw any another app call not connected. Then massage got in whatsapp to me from treebo for support, and they reply you have not any booking. But all over hotel is good. Only change this thing. Call connect direct.

Please need the improvement of the lighting system of the rooms. Need to change the old and dirty sofa set of the rooms. The study table is not good. The switch is not working properly. There are no mates in the room. The condition of the guest room where i stayed was very terrible, please improve the same. The room size and toilet is good. Also include the dental kit, saving kit, shoes police and slipper for the guest. Also include the other facilities so that guests can attack towards your hotel, otherwise it seems to be an old fashioned hotel

Very badly lit property, not at all suitable for a family stay, bachelor may opt to stay here. Very negative vibes inside the hotel. We right away opted to move out for other accomodations.

Pathetic experience
coupleThis was my first experience with treebo and if this is the standard across all treebo properties then this was definitely my last experience with treebo. Initially i was handed over a room where someone else was staying and his luggage all around the place. Then they provided another room but there was basic stuff missing like toilet paper and mineral water. Upon a long follow up ordeal i could get the toilet paper after 30 minutes and ro water as mineral water was denied which is contradictory to the description on mmt. Further o this the property is not clean or hygienic atall. I would recommend that no one experiences the stay at this property.
