HOTEL SHYAM KHATUSHYAM

I booked this property for one day through Make My Trip, this property is neat and clean. Location is nice. Well behaved staff. Food is very tasty. Overall I have enjoyed enough.

Unsanitary rooms with yellowish linen and marked sofa. Uncooperative staff and extremely slow service. The receptionist was screaming at checkout, and An utterly horrible experience. Avoid this place.

Place to not 230 mts but more than 2 km away. Also I booked window super deluxe facing city view and on check in internal hotel view room given

Bed was not comfortable. For food also we have to go outside. So I will avoid visiting the hotel in future. Charges are comparably very high

Room size was Quite big But poor service Except the behaviour of Security Guard All other staff whether on Reception or Service Boy Highly Arrogant

Hotel has charged late check out charges 50% for three hour late check out they were allowing only 1.5 hour late check out

We have stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were good and their service is also good. Khatu Shyam ji temple is at walking distance. Food quality is also good. But their restaurant service is poor.

Room was very small compared to their counterpart hotels like Radhe ki haveli whereas rate was higher than them....food was not good....restraunt was not good as compared to their counterpart.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Shyam in Khatu Shyam. It's very close to the temple, making it super convenient. The parking facilities were great, and my guard was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Stay was comfortable but charges were little high, if I would have booked room directly with hotel it would be more economical for me. Otherwise all good.
