Excellent service 👏. Very friendly and cooperative as well as helpful 👍 staff. Less than 2 minutes walk for Khatu shyamji temple. Food is too 😋 good and hygienic. Well maintained amenities. Cleanliness is beyond comparable. Overall very pleasant and safe 😊 ☺️ 👌 stay. Hope will come 🙏 😌 soon.

The hotel room was good , but the bathroom was very small. The glass partition in the bathroom was not fully covered with a curtain, which caused a lack of privacy. Although there was a television in the room, most channels were not subscribed, and even news channels were unavailable.

The stay was confortable and hassle-free. The location is excellent as it was neaeby to the mandjr and made the darshan visits very convinient. The rooms were clean and well equiped with basic amenities. Staff was extremely poliye and attentive.

Food was good. My room had a very unpleasant odour and same in the washrooms. Had to continuously use a room freshner. Overall average stay but exactly not worth the price I paid which doesn't even include breakfast.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Lakhdatar hotel, located just behind the temple. The area is extremely congested, and the hotel isn't on the main road, which made it a hassle, especially if you're coming from the train station. To make matters worse, I booked a non-cancellable room, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I fell ill just before my booking date. I reached out to the hotel to see if I could modify my dates, but they refused, citing the non-cancellable policy. No flexibility or understanding was shown, despite my situation. When I finally checked in, the experience didn't get any better. Although the room was clean, the hospitality was subpar. I checked in at 10 pm and requested a late check-out, but the staff was unhelpful and rude. They denied my request and threatened to charge extra without any flexibility. The room rate without breakfast, which seemed steep considering the service. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, the staff seemed uncooperative. Overall, I'd advise against staying at this hotel due to their inflexible policies and poor hospitality. Perhaps they can work on improving their customer service to provide a better experience for their guests.
