no bathroom accessories available there and jet spray also not working. no shampoo no bath gel and geyser also not working

poor room , washroom was very untidy , jet spary not working, i was having breakfast n dinner included in my stay but no breakfast was served till 9.30 am i hv called 3 times on recepction that i am hvng my train at 10.15 so kindly provide me breakfast before 9.30 am ...1st call was made at 8.15 am 2nd 8.45am and 3rd call at 9.15am. then finally i left for railway station at 9.30 am... i will not recommend this hotel to anyone..

Extremely poor service, I booked a club room yet an extremely tiny and congested room was provided with only 2 lights working in the room, couldn't turn the AC on as the air coming out of AC smelled of urinal, asked the staff to fix the AC and TV as it was not working at all but after making multiple requests no one came, my package came with daily room service but no room service was provided. The food was decent but the utensils had marks of permanent burnt and grease marks.

Convenient location to visit all Jaipur tourist attractions. Reception managers are behaved good manner. Most tourist attractions are in 4km range. Convenient for transportation facility

everything was good cleaning and the infrastructure of the room and hotel was good but the only thing was that the tv was not working they told us they will fix Tomorrow but during the timeline of three days they didn't reach out for the same even after reminding them a couple of time

The hotel was clean and easy to find. The room service was also quite good. Even the hotel food was yum.

Staff was very cordial, and strategically location is good, good hospitality all in all you can give it a try

The room / bed sheet / blanket were stinking. I have told to clean the room and change bed sheet and blankets, but they didn't. This hotel is not suitable for family. Out side food not allowed and hotel menu is small and food is expensive. I do not prefer to stay in this hotel again.

Very dirty hotel. The images are years old. Not for family. Situated just beside a bar and all rooms are smelling like liquor. No towels. Very bad experience.

No tolerable ambience, they don't have their own parking, for food 50% good and hotel is quiet pathetic, staff slow in work

This is the worst ever hotel I have saw.......even worst than dormitory rooms......I don't know why register such kind of vendors without evaluating them.......Main door or room is not closing properly, TV is not working, even bathroom gate is not working to close, water is continuously leaking from tab, AC is too noisy and space is like nothing..... although pillow is not even comfertable.....I can share all the video and photographs to provide authentic review.......it's waste of money......I would say inspite of booking via MMT, go directly to hotel premises, see the room and facilities and then book... charging even 40% higher than what actually hotel charged......even there is no almary in the room.

Our stay was pathetic. Room was so dirty and smelling so bad. They has mentioned wrong pics. They are fooling customers. Door locks are broken. Washbasin was also broken. There was not safety at all. Hotel receptionist forced us to give rate 5.

Overall experience waste of money. Hotel manager asked for Rs. 100 rebate in if we give 5 review rating points before checkin that meanse all review points are fake and not real. Hotel manager asked extra money for extra mattress which was included in booking, mmt customer care helpless in this matter. Geyser was not working. Complementry breakfast option was only bread butter and Poha, which should be at least Paratha etc. Mosquito was in room. Untrend staff. Location was not exactly on map, contact number was not responding. No parking area in hotel. Please take another option in this rate.
