Hotel Kishna Empire

Very bad experience during my stay I had booked the room for one night only, because we had to leave early the next morning around 7:30 AM for our journey to Mumbai. So we didn’t book breakfast. We reached the hotel late in the evening after a long journey from Jodhpur, hoping to rest. But the experience was very bad. The room was very dirty and smelled terrible, like it had been locked and unused for a long time. I asked for a room freshener, but the staff sprayed some unknown liquid—filled in a Colin bottle—directly on the bed. It was not a proper freshener and felt unhygienic. I asked for a bottle of water, which I believe should be complimentary in every room. When I insisted and explained that giving water to a stranger is considered punya (a good deed), the staff whispered something disrespectful: “kaha kaha se aa jaate hain.” I didn’t say anything at that time, but it felt very insulting. After keeping our bags in the room, we went out for dinner at World Trade Park. We didn’t stay in the room even for a few minutes. After finishing dinner, around 11:30 PM, we returned only to pick up our bags and left the hotel. The condition of the room and the staff’s behavior made it impossible to stay. The hotel staff didn’t even ask why we were leaving or try to talk to us. Later, when I called MakeMyTrip customer care to cancel the booking, only then did the hotel owner join a conference call and said there was no issue. But I want to ask—if everything was fine, why would a guest leave the hotel at 11:30 PM after a long journey? The experience was stressful and disappointing, even though we didn’t actually stay in the room. I hope this review is not just taken as a complaint, but as a request to treat guests with respect and offer basic hospitality with kindness.

It is a very okaish Hotel. The bedsheets were not clean, the bathroom was not clean. They did not provide us with any toiletries or water bottles. I did not like it.

The location of the hotel is near to airport 5 minutes drive, room was nice, the booking was with breakfast, but they serve breakfast in room only and minimum time required is 30 minutes, however in my case they asked for more 30 minutes after 30 minutes and subsequently i check out without breakfast.

Bad experience, staff behavior is not good. Tv is not working. Water bottle charges so high.

Power backup did not work and there was no electricity in the room for 30 mins. No complimentary packaged water bottles provided and they were charged separately. Lift was also not working.

Comfortable stay at the hotel. Went with family. It is a newish property. Located closer to the airport. The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly.

Best best best. If you are travel-ling to jaipur, stay with them without a second thought. They will be at your help all the time.

It was great experience at Kishna Empire visted with family , all good & seems new into hospitality so much scope of improvement still expected 😀

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
