Our stay at Park Hyatt was truly wonderful. The staff treated us with such warmth and care throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Rahul and his team at breakfast, who surprised us with a cute customised pancake that truly made our day. It’s these thoughtful gestures that made our experience so memorable. We would definitely love to come back.

Awesome Trip
services, location and food are good but amenities are not available as that described in the app. Staffs are very good and cooperative

Terrible Stay
Was charged extra 1700 for Second person in the room as the booking mentioned only one adult in each room which was not understandable.... reception ppl were very arrogant

Good Stay
coupleLocation: awesomely convenient location in the heart of the city. Breathtaking views overlooking the greens of the raj bhavan. Food: all the cuisines were fabulous. Apart from the in-room dinning the banquet spread at the wedding reception we attended was outstanding. From japanese live food counter to thai dishes to desi items were outstandingly good. Service: housekeeping was top notch. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Check-in & check-out experience was uber smooth and lightning quick. Feedback: (1) the room no. 724 that we stayed in didn’t have adequate lights required to dress up for a wedding occasion that we were there for specially the mirror area. (2) after a long driver from bangalore i opted for a bath in the tub (great standard fitting in all rooms. Hot water was immediate and filled up quickly. However, the water had plenty of imputities (many dirt particles) that need to attended to with appropriate filters in either inlet to the tank or outlet from the tank. That was a let down. (3) the room however good was pricey or rather the size doesn’t match the rates. Though we were willing to spend that charge what we got was way less than what we expected. We are leela palace club members at bangalore and do staycation often there and in jw marriot, the rooms are much more bigger and plush. Also stay often in raintree when we visit chennai. It’s much more reasonable for similar quality at a nearly location.

Expensive food
soloFood is super super expensive now. Before and all it was not like thus but now rasam rice and chicken will cost u 2360 means rasam is for 640 after tax and eveythng will come around 800 not worth it.

Excellent Stay
Quick check-in process, room was already ready when we checked in ! the tv in the room had a welcome message with our name on it, really adding a personal touch. The in-room dining food was affordable and very tasty, and served with no delays. Breakfast options are also in good variety. Housekeeping responds to calls immediately, we stayed on new year's eve and didn't notice any inefficiency despite multiple events happening throughout midnight at the hotel. Will definitely return !
