They didn't give us the room we booked 2 rooms and they shown us the wrist and horrible room, the guy who sitting there behaving wrong to us and the rooms which we seen was too bad, finally i requested him for cancellation but he refused it and hold my id for some time so made some scenes and get back my id, the hotel looks likes for some illegal activities please don't book it

The service of the hotel room is very bad and behaviour of the room cleaner was so rude i ever seen. I can't believe, to know our problem the hotel manager don't response. One day clean our room and give the bedcover change within stay 6 days. Although booking was 4 day and we have give 2200 rupees for 2 days more. I never go twice and advice my friends not to go or book this hotel

They haven't provided at least a single glass of water and, overrated and fungi e chlorine water out-bursting through the pipe lines. No more blanket to cover up. Pillow was totally wet and unhygienic look. I couldn't survive over the night. I slept there only 3 hours and i left the property. I invested the money for wrong property

First of all i reached there 2pm and hope to see a ready room but, manager behave like he did'nt know about this room booking and ask me to wait at lobby. He didnt able to provide me 2 bedrooms with dobule beds, then he give me triple bed bedrooms after that when i ask the floor staff & manager to clean the floor of my room they didnt do it floor is so dusty & bathrroms are duaty also no night bulvw with bathroom water problame. So so, bad experience of my. This is second time happening from make my trip hotel booking where hotel staffs are not good service of hotel's end is hugely poor, i hope i will not book any hotel from make my trip again.

This is the worst hotel i have lived ever. The moment i checked in found there is no internet and further even my network was not working. I came down to reception area and asked them to give me another room and they kept ne waiting. They dont have generator and i was swatting in the receptiin and after few hours they said they don't have ac room and ieft from the hotel. They don't have even english/hindi staff at receotion only room boy who are from orissa speak little english. I had a horrible experience and asked mmt to return my money but unfortunately they are also sleeping on my complained
